  Different Stages of a Horse's understanding.

Firstly many thanks to Jane for putting on this event. This demonstration focused on the different stages of a horse's understanding and ways to help horses feel better about what we are asking of them. We discussed how this understanding relates to any ridden horse, even though the majority of the demonstration was with the horses on the ground. The reason for so much ground work was because neither horses had been ridden for 6 months, due to previous experiences which had frightened them and their ridders.
